FAQ
What is Spellit?
Spellit is a set of four AI products that read your team's sales calls and meetings and turn them into a concrete next move for each person every week. Spellit Actions gives every rep a weekly plan and lists the deals that can still be won back. Spellit Client Truth shows the buyer's side of the same calls: their objections, their worries and the features they keep asking for. Spellit Academy lets new hires rehearse with an AI customer before they talk to a real one. Spellit Notes turns meetings into summaries with tasks, owners and dates.
All four work from conversations your team already has. Every finding links back to the recording and the exact words it came from, so a manager can check a claim before acting on it.
Who is Spellit for?
Spellit is for companies whose revenue depends on conversations with buyers, and each team that works with those conversations gets its own answer. Sales leaders see who slipped this week, who to coach first and which deals to save. Reps get three tasks for the week and the sentence to use on the next call. Marketing reads the market in buyers' own words, ranked by how often each phrase comes up, while product gets every open feature request counted and quoted.
Enablement and HR use Spellit Academy to see which new hires are ready for live calls. Spellit Notes is for anyone who runs meetings and needs the agreements to become tasks. The site groups its industry pages under insurance, education, technology, contact centers, consulting and real estate.
How does Spellit work over a week?
Spellit runs a six-step cycle from Monday to the next Monday, and every step is handled by one of the four products. First, conversations come in from the recordings your team already makes (Spellit Notes). Then Spellit Actions ranks the gaps it found by what they cost you, so the most expensive one is at the top. Each person gets one move for the week, written out in the words to say.
In Spellit Academy the new line is practiced on an AI customer before anyone tries it on a real one. The following week, Spellit Actions shows what moved and what stayed where it was. Finally, Spellit Client Truth passes what changed in buyers' words to marketing and product. On Monday the cycle starts again with a fresh week of calls.
How is Spellit different from a call recorder or transcription tool?
A call recorder stops at the transcript. Spellit starts there and ends with a task assigned to a specific person. In Spellit the transcript is evidence, not the result. Spellit Actions scores every call against your own sales methodology, ranks gaps by payback and gives each rep one to three coaching tasks with ready phrases and an example from a colleague's call. If a deal ended without a next step, the follow-up email comes already written.
Spellit Client Truth counts what buyers said, and each number shows how many calls stand behind it. Spellit Notes turns agreements into tasks with an owner and a date and keeps unresolved questions on the list. Any claim on any screen opens down to the call and the timestamp of the exact words.
What do I need to start with Spellit?
To start with Spellit you need the conversations your team already records, and nobody has to change how they run calls. Cloud meeting recordings can be collected automatically; other sources arrive as an export in a format agreed in advance. For Spellit Actions the scoring is built from your own methodology, and an existing call checklist is a good starting point. Spellit Academy starts from whatever onboarding scripts and materials you have, even if they are messy or incomplete.
The usual first step is a demo on your own data. You bring 10 real calls, the Spellit team runs them through the product and walks you through what it found: which deals can still be saved, what your team keeps missing, and the quote behind each finding.
Do I need all four Spellit products, or can I start with one?
You can start with any one Spellit product, because each is a separate product that works on its own. Access is granted per product for each project and can go down to individual users, so a sales team can work in Spellit Actions while marketing only uses Spellit Client Truth.
The products share data, which makes adding the next one easier. Spellit Client Truth reads the same conversations that Spellit Actions has already analyzed, so turning it on adds a menu item and needs no second rollout. A gap that Spellit Actions finds on Monday can become the practice scenario in Spellit Academy on Tuesday. Spellit Notes runs on its own and covers meetings across the company, not only sales calls. Pick the product tied to the problem that costs you most right now.
